"Change Instrument" (Staff properties) does not remember last setting

Go to Staff properties > Change Instrument > All Instruments > Electronic instruments. Load one of the instruments and exit. Now go back into staff properties and repeat.
Result: The Instrument list has reverted to a default setting rather than remembering the last user setting in that session.

I guess this is by design, at least not a bug, so at best a feature request?
I think in order to be useful, we shouldn't try to remember the previous state of the dialog, but to instead position it where the *current* instrument is. Because after all, the last time you used this dialog might have been a totally different staff, where you were switching between flute and clarinet rather than between two different electronic instruments or whatever.
