If stem is selected, direction won't flip

1. Open score.
2. Click on stem.
3. Flip direction.

Expected result: The stem direction flips.
Actual result: No response.

Discussion: In the trunk, you can select a flag or note and flip the stem direction.

Using MuseScore 1.1 and 2.0 Nightly Build (5123) - Mac 10.6.8.
