Page view and exporting as a PDF cuts off the full score at the bottom of each page, excluding several instruments. Total there are 19 instruments (20 staffs) and only 14 are visible on each page.
You simply have too many instruments for your current page size at your current staff size. You either need smaller staves or bigger paper. Both settings are in Layout / Page Settings.
