I don't understand what you want. Please explain more in details what you want MuseScore to do and how it should look. It's often better to discuss and elaborate a new feature in the forum
This picture shows two windows belonging to musescore, one showing a song text editor, the other one for chords. Musescore is able to transpose those chord symbols when they are copied to an instrument written in a different key so i think the "transpose" button is definitely possible.
This feature would be most useful for the creation of lead sheets and full scores.
The idea of an editor for lyrics has come up several times before - a window where you could type lyrics, copy and paste between verses, etc. I've never seen such a thing suggested for chords, but it makes perfect sense there too. Nice idea.
