Crash on View / Master Palette

My operating system is: Microsoft 10

When I click on "View", then "Master Palette", I get this message: "Microsoft Visual C + T Runtime Library
Then a big red and white X saying" Runtime Error!
Program: C:/Program Files (x86) Musescore 2/bin/Musescore.exe.
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
Musescore.exe has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

This has been over a week and no solution has been forthcoming. Can anyone help with this problem?

Does this happen regardless of the score you have loaded? Please try Help / Revert.to Factory Settings and try again with the default "My First Score". If the problem persists, we will probably need to start figuring out if there is a font or driver or other incompatibility on your system, so also see the "Known incompatibilities" section if the Handbook.

Also, unless you are a programmer offering to fix an issue, please leave the Assigned field blank.
