[MusicXML] Tremolo between notes missing

1. Open attached mscz.
2. 'Export'.
3. Choose 'MusicXML'.
4. 'Save'.
5. Open MusicXML that was exported.

Result: Tremolo between notes are missing.

Discussion: I also attach the MusicXML that was exported.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (5642) - Mac 10.7.4.

Checked, for the attached file, tremolo between notes is exported incorrectly:
- half notes are exported (should be whole notes with 2:1 time modification)
- the most notes contain both tremolo start and tremolo stop (should be start or stop only)
