Placing Clef neither changes pitch of notes on staff, nor position

When I opened midi file to try and reproduce another bug on MuseScore Nightly Build 2.0 (72a29cf) I found that when I took the third staff in the file, (Left Hand Piano Staff) which was imported into treble clef by default and tried to put a bass clef on the staff, The clef appeared, yet the notes were not recalculated to their proper positions based on pitch. Even when I played the notes, the pitches where still the same.

Instructions for reproduction of the issue on the MIDI:
1. Open attached MIDI File, importing at 1/64 being the smallest note.
2. Place a Bass F Clef on the third staff down (last staff).
3. Observe the effect.

Instructions for reproduction of the effect on its own.
1. Make a score with a Piano Part (Any will work, but I chose piano because it has two staves)
2. Enter in some notes (on all the staves you plan on testing)
3. Change the clefs in any way you see fit (The result will be the same for all of them)
4. Observe

I use a Windows Seven Professional 64 bit laptop.
