That issue comes from: #14437: Laissez Vibrer: Chords tied to nothing

As you may know, this feature had been partly implemented (
only starting ties, not recieving). I'm creating this issue to separate the two abilities, starting and recieving.

This feature would also be interesting for stuff like repeats:
