paste SMUFL clefs into stafftext causes stafftext to be offset too far vertically

Reproduction stepts on 3.0dev d3e1c0b:

  1. copy the text in this attachment: gCleffClef.txt
  2. create a new textbox and paste that text

result is that the textbox is moved far above top of staff:

If instead simply dropped the symbols from the F2 palette, then the result is that the text box remains at correct vertical height:

Doesn't happen in 2.1dev 2f5fd1e

Also if after you paste the text in 3.0, if you then you append any regular unicode char, the vertical offset will revert back to correct position:

seems to also happen a little when pasting regular characters, such as abcde or even Supplementary Unicode, but to a much smaller degree... Maybe the tallness of the clefs have something to do with this glitch...

I don't see the vertical offset in actual master with the first scenario. So, it is seemed to be fixed.
I didn't get the idea how to reproduce the scenario after "If instead simply dropped".
