I think it's already filed?: #18039: Select All changes layout
In the file I uploaded, not only 'Select All' changes the beaming: For example, select any note and every time UP/DOWN is pressed it happens.
Changing the time signature to anything other than 4/4 stops it but also removes both clefs.
I cannot reproduce #18039, so I thought this might be something else.
Appear to be fixed. Tested with acfd98a856.
