Ripetitions
There's a bug: when you have first part of the score with a "turn" (I don't know the exact English translation of when score comes back and repeats); I mean, when you have a further "turn" on the score, it comes back but it doesn't repeat the first "turn"! :(
Same result when you use jumps to beginning of from sign.

I guess you mean voltas. Jumps don't work with repeats. The next major version will.
This is currently by design - it is normal / correct for repeats to not be taken by default on a DS. In some cases you may wish to overrule this with a text instruction to the player, so human musicians will understand, but indeed, currently MuseScore's built-in playback only does the standard interpretation. A future version will allow you to overrule this for the computer playback as well.
