Bar line span does not change when staff number of lines changes

1. Create Electric Bass (4-str. TAB) score.

Result: The bar line at the right side of the system extends beyond four stave lines and there's no time signature.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (d470cbd) - Mac 10.7.5.

P.S.: No time signature is because the default TAB style is so configured. Use "Edit | Staff types..." to change.

Thanks.

The fix is (almost) done, but it relies on two pull requests being merged, namely #116 and #118 : the former is structural and without it the fix won't work, the latter is less structural, but I think it better to have it included before the fix rather than after.
