Hello,

Please, I need to "split" the voices' system to transcribe ancient music [as seen on image attached], to put the author's clefs, and a ambitus, but the notation must be the modern.

So, how can I do this? If not, this feature can be included on the next release?

PS: The fragment is from:

Pater noster - Palestrina's Opera omnia, Tomus tertius, Breitkopf und Härtel; 19th century.
Taken from imslp.org.

Thanks.

Pease
a) Don't assign issues to yourself, unless you plan to provide the fix.
b) Don't use the issue tracker for support questions, that's what we have the forums for
c) Use the issue tracker for feature quests only after these have been discussed in the technology preview forum.

d) better descibe your needs
You want 2 different clefs in the same staff at the same time?

I know that Miwarre has done this in some of his early music transcriptions in MuseScore

I am not sure how, but I think he drags in an SVG or PNG graphic of the first clef - that would seem to me to be the obvious solution.

As Jojo says, this would have been better asked in the support forums, partly because it would be seen by more people, and partly because the issue tracker is mainly being used to identify problems with the MuseScore 2.0 build as we progress towards its release.

It was immediately clear what you wanted to do on opening the graphic, but please bear in mind not everyone understands technical early music jargon like "ambitus" .
