"Save online" doesn't work properly for scores in "Continuous View"

  1. Take any multi page score.
  2. Switch to "Continuous View".
  3. Save online.

Expected result: on MuseScore.com the score either shows in "Continuous View" or gets changed to show in "Page View".

Actual result: the score gets changed to "Page View", but only the 1st pages shows. Playback though works, even for the now invisible pages.

Workaround: Change to "Page View" prior to "Save online"

If MuseScore.com is not supposed to support "Continuous View" the fix needs to be in MuseScore itself, in a similar manner to what happens on printing or exporting a score, that is: temporarily switch to "Page View" prior to the upload and back to the previous mode after that.

Another problem I noticed with "Save online": it creates a temp file for the purpose of uploading, but doesn't clean up later.
