deleting measure preceding a vertical frame deletes that frame too

  1. create a score
  2. select any measure but the first
  3. insert vertical frame
  4. select the last measure before the frame
  5. delete the measure (Ctrl-Del)

Expected result: the measure gets deleted.

Actual result: the measure and the frame get deleted
