changing concert pitch state of newly created part crashes

Steps to reproduce:
1. load attached score
2. Menu: File->Parts...
3. In the dialog window click: "NewAll" and "OK"
4. Switch to "Clarinet" part
5. Click "Concert Pitch" Button

Result: Crash

If the score is saved and reloaded after step 3, it does no longer crash.
