Start repeat further to the right
When I want to move further to the right the ‘start repeat’ when used at the very beginning of a stave (after the key signature), I tried this with Style > Edit General Style > Bar, and changing the ‘Begin repeat left margin’ figure. Nothing happenes.
Is there a way to do this?

I'm not sure I understand your problem ... what do you do exactly ?
The space to the left of the start bar repetition has nothing to do with the beginning of the staff. This is the beginning of the repetition that can be anywhere in the Staff.
When the repetition starts at the beginning of the staff, the practice is do not put bar repetition.

Let me make things clearer by giving an example:
The startrepeat in the first measure of the second stave, I want to move this somewhat further to the
right because I find it too close to the key signature.

It seems when the repeat bar is at the beginning of the line, setting has no effect. It is certainly a bug.
I have not found for the moment, a solution to workaround this problem.
This seems corrected for the future version 2.0

If it works as you expect in 2.0, then no, don't submit an issue - they'd just close it as already fixed.
