All the frames are no longer drawn

1) Default "Untitled" score
- You observe first the expected vertical frame doesn't appear.
2) Try to append or insert any frame (vertical, horizontal, no matter)
Result: The location/space is created, but the frame is not drawn.
And so, you can not select them to delete or edit.

If you go to the view tab and go down, does the section marked "Show Frames" have a check next to it? If it isn't, click on it to produce a check mark, and the frames should appear.
@"Rydogdav Orchestral Scores", have you tried it? You may be right for 2.x, but for master, which this issue us about, @cadiz1 is spot on.
And this is a major regression.
You misunderstood what is going on: we're talking about version 3.0 dev., not version 2.1.
"Show frames" is shown by default in "View". That is not the problem. The problem is that these frames are not drawn, so can not be edited or cut, hence the major priority.
