1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. Click on first note.
3. 'Tie'.
Expected result: Tie is unavailable.
Actual result: Notes are tied.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (295eb6d) - Mac 10.7.5.

I'm thinking that is deliberate, as a way to handle the arpeggio-and-hold situation that could otherwise occasionally require a fifth voice in piano music. See http://musescore.org/en/developers-handbook/scrapbook and scroll down to the bottom, under "Extended Ties".
As Marc said.
I wish we could tie through a repeat, though. (that is, if the measures repeated were instead laid out after where the repeat is placed, the notes adjacent through the repeat location would be tie-able.)
