Note in MusicXML pastes unbeamed

1. Open attached MusicXML (produced in 1.3).
2. Click on the note.
3. 'Copy'.
4. Select the quaver rest.
5. 'Paste'.

Result: The note pastes unbeamed.

Note: I have also attached the mscz that the MusicXML was produced with (also produced in 1.3).
