[Website] Component menu changes after attaching file

Steps to reproduce bug
1. Create a new Issue at http://musescore.org/en/node/add/project-issue/musescore
2. Select a Component from the drop-down menu
3. Browse to select a file and click "Attach"

Expected behavior: Component should have the same menu items as before.

Actual behavior: The "<none>" menu item is missing from the menu after attaching a file. (For what it is worth, I would prefer that "<none>" was never in the menu. Just default to "Code")
