Nightly 6559fe0 factory reset doesn't remove all files

Using MS 2.0 6559fe0 under Windows 8 64-bit. The latest nightly, when doing a factory reset, doesn't removal all files that it seems it should. Namely the shortcuts.xml (containing all user shortcut definitions) and the "workspace" files inside the workspaces folder (containing the user palette changes). These are all contained under C:\Users\schepers\AppData\Local\MuseScore\MuseScoreDevelopment path under Windows.
