Entering notes in a score with linked staves and parts result in corruption

Current 3.0-dev. 95ffd26 / Windows7

1) Load this test file ("Untitled" score with an added linked staff) : linked.mscz

2) Generate parts -> new all -> Ok

3) Enter a note in top staff (or second staff, no matter)

4) View Part

Result: corruption in the linked staff (kind expected 4/4, found 0/1)

So, after investigation:
All works fine until September 13, 2016 , and this nightly: dae8605

- Broken somewhere the day after with the next nightly, on September 14: cf3290f
I see some commits between these two nighties, but nothing obvious at first glance.

A precision: the corruption appeared in parts and in main score, when entering notes.

- From my understanding, this issue was (partially) fixed with this nightly/commit on September 25 , 2016: c06b20e

To fix: #125956: Regression: linked staves are broken and lead to corruption

So, after that, we observe the current behaviour: corruption in parts (but not in main score)
