Tempo change (in left hand) not properly saved when exporting to MusicXML

I've attached a short 5 measure song that illustrates this bug.

Open the attached Musescore file. Notice that there are 4 tempo changes (Starts at Allegro -> Con Brio -> Andante -> Allegro)

Export it as MusicXML(.xml)

Load in the exported file. Notice there are only 3 tempo changes (Starts at Allegro -> Con Brio -> Allegro)

What makes the Andante tempo odd is that the right hand is resting and only the left hand is playing when the tempo change happens. I've looked at the musicXML output and notice that the Andante tag isn't there either, so I don't think it's a problem with the import mechanism, only the export mechanism.
