deleting an instrument causes rehearsal marks to vanish
I have added rehearsal marks to the score which is attached below. bethena-31.
If I delete one of the instruments the rehearsal marks seem to vanish.
To reproduce this open the file
use the Add->instrument dialog
select the Oboe d'amore on the right hand side
press the Remove button in the center
Observe that the rehearsal marks vanish

No, this seems to also fail in the same way for any score.
It may be related to #17535: Removing linked staff removes time signature and bar rests / #17536: Removing staff in instrument with linked staff removes time signature and bar rests and moves bar 1 into clef area, in that I think staff deletion is too aggressive about removing all elements. It should only delete elements that are unique to that staff, not elements shared by any other staff (whether a linked staff or a "system" element like a rehearsal mark).
