please use the Support forum https://musescore.org/en/forum/6 to ask for help using MuseScore, not the issue tracker, the "assigned" field is for the person who will fix a problem. https://musescore.org/en/handbook/revert-factory-settings
Please include as much of the following information
Version/revision of MuseScore you are using (e.g. version 2.1,)
Operating system being used (e.g. Windows 7, macOS 10.12 or Ubuntu 14.04)
I don't see any freeze. It's somewhat slow to work with, but that's to be expected for a score of this size (167 measures, 13 instruments, parts already generated).
If you are seeing something other than just somewhat sluggish response (a second or so to enter notes), please give us precise steps to reproduce the problem. Otherwise, we can close this as known behavior with large scores. 3.0 should be a lot better in this regard.

Which version of MuseScore, what OS, can you share the score? Is it particularly large?
@Shoichi: the assigned field is no longer ;-)

Freezing here no, slow it down. Try to delete Parts (create them at the end)

I just looked at the .mscx file and there are no apparent extra slurs.
