Transposition in the Nightly
Created a new score using the Concert band template.
Expected: writing a note in the Bass Clarinet part would sound an octave and a major second below
Actual: Concert pitch.
I actually tested this a little bit - wrote a melody in the tuba part, copy and pasted to others. an E in the Tuba part was an E in the Bass Clarinet and the Oboe. I checked Staff properties, everything was correctly set for transpositions, but none of them were showing up.

While it's true that the template are not trustworthy in the nightly builds, I don't think that's the issue here. Unless I'm missing something, there is not actually a problem at all. A score created from the Concert Band template starts off with Concert Pitch turned *on* - that's why everything sounds as written. you have to turn Concert Pitch *off* if you want the transposition. This is how that particular template was set up. Again, unless I'm missing something.

Assuming I'm right that it's simply a question of not having turned Concert Pitch off. Could use confirmation from OP to be sure.
