Program Won't Run After Install
I've tried installing MuseScore 1.3 several times on my computer running Windows 8.1. Each time, after installation, the program runs fine, but when I close it and try to re-open the program, it fails to open - its like I didn't even click on anything. I tried using the desktop shortcut and the mscore.exe file in the bin folder with the same result. The only way I am able to get the program to open is to re-install it every time.
This aside...I am loving the program, my 6 year old son has already written his first song, and his siblings are following suit.

Support questions like this are better asked in the Support forums. Most likely it is something going on on your system, not an actual bug in MuseScore. The issue tracker is more for once something has been determined to definitely be a bug in MuseScore (or others would be seeing the same problem).
So you might want to open a thread in the support forum. Do try rebooting first if you haven't already.
