Slur position incorrect on load if horizontal frame on same system
Windows 7, GIT commit: 6e452db
1) load attached score (produced in 1.3; same result if recreating the score from scratch in 2.0)
Result: slur is placed incorrectly - it appears over the first measure although it actually applies to measure 3.
If you then press Ctrl+A or do anything else to cause a relayout, slur moves to the correct position.

I wonder if this has same root cause (spanners laid out too early relative to some other element type) as #25941: Fret diagram in staff > 0 are offsetting slurs and ties?
i cannot reproduce this, maybe its fixed with latest changes?
Will check when I'm at my computer tomorrow.
