System bracket visibility not saved with score

If you make a system bracket invisible, the setting does not save with the score, and on reload the bracket becomes visible again. See attached score.

This operations simply is not supported and making it invisible should not have been possible in the 1st place, see #106691: Keyboard shortcut [V] not disabled for elements that can't be saved as invisible
