Open a score or create a new score, select more than one element (for example via strg, shift+arrow right or select a full measure) or be sure that nothing is selected, press alt+arrow up or arrow down -> crash.

Seems to be a duplicate of #175216: CRASH if select entire chordrest and then press Alt->up or Alt->down with additional information.
This pull request fixes this issue, and other related issues with the up-chord and down-chord commands.
