UNDO doesn't restore note-stem direction after voice exchange
MS 2.1 / Win 7/10
Create the following passage in a new score using voices 1 and 2.
- Exchange voices 1 and 2 (from the menu, Edit → Voices → Exchange Voice 1–2 ).
- UNDO.
Expected result: Original voices and stem direction restored.
Actual result: Voices restored but not stem direction.
Stem direction are restored only if you subsequently reload the file or make any edit, however small, to the existing file.

Same issue as #262215: Stem direction not automatically redrawn when beam direction is not explicitly changed. perhaps a better name for it is needed.
