The issue tracker date format for comments is currently:
“Month(3) Day, Year - Hour:Month(2)”
It should probably be:
“Month(3) Day, Year — Hour:Minute”
(Bonus for using the em dash with hair spaces around, U+200A U+2014 U+200A, instead of space+hyphen-minus+space. But the problem was the minute.)
