Deleting "Fine" after using "Play panel" causes a crash when closing program

Open the attached score.
- Open the Play panel and set to play at 300%;
- When playback finishes, delete the "Fine" symbol, save and attempt to close the score;
- Crash.
The immediate trigger seems to be the play panel. The crash doesn't happen if you use regular playback.

I can't reproduce with 2.2.1 nor the latest master or 2.3 build
I take that back (I didn't change tempo but volume). However 2.3 and master are not crashing, and it got fixed as part of #271039: If Play Panel is open closing the score causes crash, so this here is a duplicate
