  1. 'MuseScore'>'Preferences'>'General'.
  2. Click on icon for Soundfont Folder.
  3. 'Add'.
  4. 'Cancel' or 'Open' (the latter if you will select something).

Result: The window goes behind the Preferences one (not On Top).

Using MuseScore 2.2.1, 2.3 Beta, 2.3 Nightly Build 8718b62 and 3.0 Nightly Build 0196b1b - Mac 10.11.6.

The same, not reproduced on my Windows machine. Open dialog is modal so it blocks other windows from changing their state.

Also cannot reproduce. Please check if the problem persists in 3.4.2.
