Play with barline span in Inspector

Hi Jojo,
Can't seem to see that in the inspector.

You nee to click a barline to see the barline properties, including the various "span" properties. But as mentioned, we'd need you to attach the actual score - not just a picture - in order to do more than guess.

Here's the score, thank you.

Interesting. When I open the MSCZ file, it looks fine at first, and then the barlines mess up later. I can't say for sure what is going on, but I see in the Inspector that these barlines are all set to span to like 0 - the top line. Should be 8. To fix, double click one of the offending barlines and drag it down to the bottom of the staff.
I suspect the bug mentioned above is somehow relevant even though the specifics differ.

Since the file was imported from mxl I have my doubts about my bug affecting the score. For one thing, there are no invisible staves. It's probably the fault of the mxl, but I don't know how to look into it to confirm this.

Indeed, not the same symptoms exactly. But I do suspect the one-line percussion staves will turn out to be involved, and ultimately it might be some of the same code responsible for both. Obviously, more investigation still needed.
To truly understand, we would need to see the actual score. I wonder if it's related to #262397: Bar lines on pitched staves do not span the entire staff when bars are spanned down to a percussion staff and hide empty staves is used.?
