Saving Online

I tried saving a piece online and I'm not seeing it on the site on PC. I tried setting the publicity setting for one of the pieces to private because I know that for the standard version you can only have up to five pieces public and that didn't work. I also checked on the Musescore app and it was there but I got a message saying that this item was temporarily unavailable. Usually all of these problems are taken care of automatically when I save something online but for some reason I'm having a lot of problems with this.
