OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (32-bit): 3.0.0, revision: 19dc450

Scenario:
1. Open attached score
2. Double click any Chord Symbol (it jumps)
3. Leave editing mode (jumps again)
4. Change the note pitch (chord symbols jump back)
