Tested with self built MuseScore on OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (32-bit): 3.0.0, revision: 44304ca
- Open attached score
- Go to measure 57. If it is not the last measure in the system, add system break
Result: see the picture comparing 2.3.2 and 3.0

Why should the Volta extend past the repeat bar line? It may have done so in 2.x, but that does not mean that it was correct.
Agree. I don't know the expected result in this case. If 3.0's behavior is more correct (according to Behind Batlines?), No pb.
Behind Bars doesn't have very similar cases, but I do see this:
I guess this applies to voltas as well, since there's no reason not to that I can think of.
