Changing the visibility of a rest in voice 2 will not move the position of a corresponding rest in voice 1
In 2.x, when a rest in voice 2 is set invisible, the corresponding rest in voice 1 is automatically moved to the middle of the staff.
This does not work in 3.0-dev.
But when the voice 1 rest "Automatic placement" is switched or a staff text gets entered while the voice 2 rest is invisible, this voice 1 rest will be repositioned.

Repro steps
1. Open the file
2. Select one of the rests in voice 2.
3. Press "v" on keyboard
Expected behaviour: The according rest in voice 1 should repositioned depending on visibility of the rest in voice 2.
Actual behaviour: The position does not change.
I found the same bug.
