I'm curious if this is related to #277717: Adding hairpins in continuous view leads to crash. I found this issue when I attempted to add a hairpin in continuous view and had a crash. I then added it in page view and the hairpin stayed below and the inspector reverted back to below when I tried to move it.

fix #277746 hairpins can't get moved above staff anymore
