Style settings from templates ignored

Looks like when we create a score from a template, we pick up the instrument list and nothing else.

1) create a template with customized style settings
2) save the Templates folder
3) restart MuseScore
4) File / New
5) select your templates

Result: style settings are not applied to the newly created score. Seems to apply to any style setting; I tried setting Title text style and winged repeated. Works fine to simply open the score normally.

Step 3 is needed because a previous fix made for 2.x does not work in 3.0. Filing that separately...
