Fingering number overlaps sharp and flat in chords

Steps to reproduce:
1) notate a chord, with at least note being a sharp or flat
2) add fingering number to the sharp/flat note
2a) select the note head
2b) double-click the fingering number from the fingering palette

Expected behaviour: the fingering number should not overlap any symbols but be clearly visible

Actual behaviour in 3.0 beta: the fingering number appears, but near the same place where the sharp/flat is, so the two overlap:

Actual behaviour in 2.3.2: performs as expected; the fingering number makes space for itself by pushing the sharp/flat note aside and appears visibly in that space without overlap:

(Note that even in 2.3.2 the issue does occur if the fingering is added before the note is made sharp/flat.)

Workaround: only partial: the fingering number can be manually repositioned to the left if there is enough space in front of the note; however if the staff line is crowded/tight this might not be directly possible - observe the sharp note in the treble clef:
