[Feedback form] Pressing "R" when one note (not segment) selected should work

Pressing "R" to repeat a single note only works when the note has a box around it (so when a note is blue you still have to press "Shift + Down Arrow" to put a box around that individual note). However, the "R" command should work at all times. It's one of the most useful features when quickly writing a score that has the same note durations throughout.
