When I insert a Metric Modulation, like An eighth note = An eighth note, and then uncheck "follow text" and set the Tempo (bpm), when I click out and return to the element Metric Modulation into Inspector there is the old value of bpm, It doesn't change.

I see you are using RC build, please update first to the official build https://musescore.org/en/download/musescore.msi.
I cannot reproduce, btw. I'm not sure I understand the "I insert a Metric Modulation, like An eighth note = An eighth note". Could you please describe the scenario with 1-2-3 steps?
