some are though, sometimes. e.g. "Add brackets to element"and "Add braces to element" are translated in the accidental palette of the master palette, but not in the Basic or Advanced workspace, articulations and ornaments are translated in master palette, but not in the workspaces

I observe the change exactly as this one, see the comment: https://musescore.org/en/node/281137#comment-884212
So, another side effect of MSVC compilation I guess.
It seems it worked correct with the nightly 78fbab1, but no longer with 9fb4549.
For me it seems that many palette strings are not even displayed in transifex, for example 'Treble clef 8va alta'
Should be fixed now
