I tried to convert the PDF file below into the mscz file below but the mscz file can't be shown properly.

the PDF import on https://musescore.com/import does not support tablature, neither does Audiveris, the software that is used under the covers.
So "Won't fix" seems about the correct status for this issue, or "By Design"
