OS: Windows 7 SP 1 (6.1), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.0.4839, revision: cf1f5ce
1) Default score (or load the test file: accidentals.mscz)
2) Enter notes with accidentals, not matter which one from the palette
3) Double-click (or Alt+Shift+E shortcut) to enter in Edit mode
4) Press direction arrow (Up or Down/Right/Left)

Exactly. But a formal issue had to be filed here. That'is done now.
EDIT: and IMHO, close to 'Blocker' severity.
Surprising for the least it was not discover yet, but this bug occured there is 10 months! February 12.
So, I guess it'a side effect of the previous commit: https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/3452
