Deleting first couple of (empty) bars, it delete Tempo and Bass Clefs

If I delete those empty bars showed on the test file, Tempo disappears and both staves goes to Violin clef

Tempo text disappears by design. Maybe though we could and should spacial case a tempo text on the 1st measure when deleting that, and move it to the new 1St measure rather than deleting it.
The treble clef in bottom staff is suspected to stem from an inappropriate staff definition in the xml those score got importwd from.
It does not reproduce in a score created from scratch.
