Different capitalisation in the following 3 strings
MIDI Out controllers
MIDI OUT chorus
MIDI OUT reverb

Not sure why OUT is caps, e.g. could be Sentence case, e.g. MIDI Out or MIDI OUT for all 3 strings. If not sure, i would vote for Out.
